Tropical Dessert Mead
A digestif, or after dinner mead. This is made from clover honey and has been fermented on a mix of tropical fruit. A wonderful mead to age, has brandy notes.
This one will knock your socks off. 19% ABV and deliciously sweet. The honey in this mead was aged in whiskey barrels, giving it wonderfully sharp whiskey & oak flavors. After all that, we went ahead and infused the mead with coffee beans, as well. A nice one to sip by the fire.
