  Made from Alfalfa Honey and Gala Apples. Crisp apple notes with a bit of tannins from the apple skins.

  Made with Orange Blossom honey and fermented on ginger root. This one has some nice ginger "spice" on the finish.

  This is one of our Winter Seasonal Meads. It is made from Clover Honey, Pears, and a winter spice mix. Slightly sweet with a lingering spice heat.
