• Orange Blossom Traditional

  • Bronze - 2021 Governors Cup
  • Gold - 2021 Mazer Cup International

  An off-dry, medium bodied, still wine style mead, made with orange blossom honey, sold in 750ml bottles. Essence of citrus fruit is prominent on the nose. A touch of orange, and floral notes fill out this mead. Pairs well with curry, asian food, spicy chili, and vanilla ice cream.

• Tart Cherry Mead

  • Bronze - 2021 Governors Cup

  Semi-dry, still wine style mead. The cherry flavor pairs wonderfully with the Alfalfa Honey. This is a wonderful way to introduce exclusive "Red Wine Drinkers" to mead as it hits a lot of the same buttons as a fruity red wine. As with most meads, it gets a wonderful bronze color and showcases the floral notes of the honey.

• Wildflower Traditional

  • Silver - 2021 Governors Cup
  • Silver - 2021 Mazer Cup International

  A dry, still wine style mead with a honey forward, floral nose and a well rounded, complex body. Notes of fresh grass and melon with a nutty finish. Pairs well with fish, spicy foods, and deserts. Compare to a Pinot Grigio.
